Production
The vineyards are located between Black Sea and Azov Sea in the valley of Adagum River. This is an area with a mild continental climate, lots of sunny days and moist well-warmed soils.
The mature crop harvesting is followed by berries careful collection and soft crushing. The alcoholic fermentation of the berries is done in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures.
