The total storage capacity of the plant is more than 15 million liters of wine, and the production site occupies about 4000 sq. m. The entire production and technical complex is located here. The facilities ensure the high quality and the maximum control over compliance with all the technological processes. The production capacity of the plant allows processing more than 18,000 tons of grapes per a season.

All the stages of the production process are controlled carefully by the chief winemaker of the enterprise together with employees of our specialized laboratory equipped with the latest devices using physical, chemical and microbiological methods of analysis. The laboratory staff carries out the chemical and microbiological control throughout the entire technological process, from the raw materials entering the plant to the wines as the finished products.

The plant is equipped with the most modern equipment made by leading manufacturers of professional equipment such as COSME, AROL, PADOVAN, BERTOLAZO. This makes it possible to fulfill all the stages of the production at the highest level, from the grapes acceptance to bottling. That is why the plant produces the high-quality products of the European level.

In 2018, OLYMP obtained the license for wine bottling with the Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) of the region provided that the wine is made from grapes harvested in its own vineyards.

Also, the company has the international certificate issued in the category "Food Safety Management System" (FSMS) by the Association for Certification "Russian Register" for compliance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 22000:2005.
