KUBAN
The vineyards are located between Black Sea and Azov Sea in the valley of Adagum River in an area with the mild continental climate, lots of sunny days and moist well-warmed soils.
Krasnodar region
The mature crop harvesting is followed by berries careful collection and soft crushing. Alcoholic fermentation is done in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures.
ADAGUM
The name of the collection is associated with the place of the vineyards cultivation, which is the picturesque valley of Adagum river. The unique microclimate of the valley is the basis for the development of the monosort wines in the best classical traditions of the Russian winemaking. Only selected grapes are used for the wine production. The modern equipment and the certified laboratory allow producing the high-quality wines with their own easy-recognizable style.
