Even the first instant of smelling enchants with the aromas of violet flowers, blueberries and black currants, exposes the core of the fragrance woven from shades of smoky prunes, blackberries and licorice. The wine has the harmonious rounded taste with light tannins, the good acidity and the soft enveloping aftertaste.
It is recommended to be served with meat dishes, for example, beef stew, game, lamb, grilled dishes and hard aged cheeses.

KUBAN
The vineyards are located between Black Sea and Azov Sea in the valley of Adagum River in an area with the mild continental climate, lots of sunny days and moist well-warmed soils.
Krasnodar region
The mature crop harvesting is followed by berries careful collection and soft crushing. Alcoholic fermentation is done in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures.
