Глубокий рубиновый цвет с пурпурными бликами. Элегантный аромат, наполненный оттенками красной вишни, сливы и малины, раскрывается нотами горького шоколада с тонким фиалковым шлейфом. Деликатный вкус с округлыми танинами и долгим сочным послевкусием.
Рекомендуется подавать к блюдам из мяса, например, тушеной говядине, дичи, ягненку, блюдам на гриле и твердым выдержанным сырам.

Organoleptics
The deep ruby color with purple gleam. The elegant aroma filled with shades of red cherry, plum and raspberry. Also it reveals notes of bitter chocolate with a thin trail of violet flowers. The delicate taste with rounded tannins and the long juicy aftertaste.
Compatibility
It is recommended to be served with meat dishes, for example, beef stew, game, lamb, grilled dishes and hard aged cheeses.
KUBAN
The vineyards are located between Black Sea and Azov Sea in the valley of Adagum River in an area with the mild continental climate, lots of sunny days and moist well-warmed soils.
Krasnodar region
The mature crop harvesting is followed by berries careful collection and soft crushing. Alcoholic fermentation is done in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures.
