It is recommended to serve it as an aperitif, with cold appetizers such as artichokes and olives, main dishes of fish or white poultry meat, Japanese sushi and sashimi as well as soft and hard cheese varieties.

The vineyards are located between Black Sea and Azov Sea in the valley of Adagum River in an area with the mild continental climate, lots of sunny days and moist well-warmed soils.

Krasnodar region

The mature crop harvesting is followed by berries careful collection and soft crushing. Alcoholic fermentation is done in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures.
